FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – Two people who died following a two-vehicle crash on Fort Wayne’s southwest side Sunday evening have been identified following autopsies by the Allen County Coroner’s Office.

The head-on crash took place at around 8:30 p.m. near the intersection of Airport Expressway and Coverdale Road.

Killed in the crash were Tracy Alan Tindall, 50, of Fort Wayne and Michael Joseph Eberhard, 45, of Yoder, Indiana. The cause of death for both men was determined to be blunt force injuries.

Details of what might have caused the crash have not been released by the Allen County Sheriff’s Department.
