FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — Police have arrested three people on various charges in connection with a shooting Tuesday evening that left an 18-year-old woman dead and a man in life-threatening condition southeast of downtown Fort Wayne.
The shooting took place just after 7:00 p.m., and police found the two victims inside a vehicle in the 2500 block of South Anthony. The woman, identified as Jocelyn M. Bolf, died from multiple gunshot wounds, according to the Allen County Coroner’s Office. Bolf was pronounced dead at the scene. The man, also not identified, was taken to a hospital in life-threatening condition.

Authorities arrested the following people:
Rapheal Brown, 23 – Preliminary Charges: Murder, Attempted Murder, Criminal Recklessness
Rashun Carter, 31 – Preliminary Charges: Murder, Attempted Murder, Criminal Recklessness
Swanyea Taylor, 23 – Preliminary Charges: Murder, Attempted Murder, Criminal Recklessness
Several houses and businesses in the immediate area were also damaged from the gunfire, according to police.
Police also received a report of a crash in the area before arriving at the scene, but they did not say how or if the shooting and the crash are related.
The incident remains under investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department, the Allen County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office and the Allen County Coroner’s Office.
