Two people were arrested after detectives located and arrested a known violent criminal gang member Friday night.

Franklin Wright, 27, had three warrants out for his arrest, including a probation violation for carrying a handgun without a license.

Barr was charged with Dealing in Heroin (Level 2 Felony), Possession of Synthetic Marijuana, Possession of MDMA (Ecstasy) and Assisting a Criminal.
