FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – If you don’t have enemies, you don’t have character.

Head coach Gary Graham is a fan of this phrase – and he also knows the Komets have a few enemies on the Cyclones bench as they opening the series against Cincinnati in the ECHL Kelly Cup Playoffs.

These two teams combined for 54 penalty minutes in the regular season finale just a few days ago.

Fort Wayne has spoken at length with their team about being disciplined against this divisional rival. Although their penalty kill is one of the best in the league they’d prefer not to have to showcase that.

Game 1 of the series takes place on Saturday at 7:30 at Memorial Coliseum. Game 2 is the very next day at 6.
