Rob Gray hasn’t started a game this season for Fort Wayne – but he’s undoubtedly been one of the Mad Ants most important players.
Gray, a sharp-shooting 6-foot-1 guard from the University of Houston, has been one of the top sixth men in the entire NBA G League this season.
He averages 13.9 points a game despite playing just 24 minutes a night.
Fort Wayne head coach Steve Gansey says Gray is also one of the team’s top defenders and grittiest players.
The Mad Ants are currently in first place in the G League’s Central Division standings and Gansey says Gray has won the Ants four or five game already this season.
