The Komets announced Monday that defenseman Chase Stewart has been removed from team suspension and has been activated to the Fort Wayne roster. Stewart, 21, made his pro debut with the Komets at the start of the season scoring four goals, 11 points and 33 penalty minutes in 20 games before being placed on team suspension in December to return to school.  Stewart skated six OUAA (Ontario University Athletics Association) games while attending Lakehead University in Ontario.

Meanwhile, Komets goaltender Zach Fucale has been recalled to the AHL’s Chicago Wolves retroactive to 3/10.
