Komets can’t climb back in 4-3 loss to Kalamazoo

Komets

The Komets yielded two goals in the first 3:34 seconds of the game on the way to a 4-3 loss against Kalamazoo at War Memorial Coliseum on Wednesday night.

Despite Kyle Hope’s second goal of the season the Komets trailed 3-1 after the first period.

After a Kalamazoo goal at 11:50 in the second period both Brady Shaw and Mason Baptista found the net, but it wasn’t enough in the loss.

Eric Levine stopped 27 of 31 shots in goal for the Komets.

The Komets have a full slate this coming weekend hosting Cincinnati on Friday then traveling to Indy on Saturday and Toledo on Sunday.
