Brooks Jr. hits buzzer beater in final summer game to clinch title

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - It's a storybook ending for Keion Brooks Jr. 

The North Side senior-to-be knocked down a buzzer beater to clinch the title at the GRBA Nationals at Spiece Fieldhouse. It's his final summer game of high school basketball. 

Indy Heat won 79-77. 

Indiana head coach Archie Miller, UCLA head coach Steve Alford, Michigan State head coach Tom Izzo and Purdue-Fort Wayne head coach Jon Coffman were all in attendance. 

Brooks Jr. battled sore knees all tournament and finally played on Sunday.
