A recall has been issued for liquid infant Ibuprofen sold under Walmart, CVS, and Family Dollar Brands because the drug might contain a high concentration of Ibuprofen.

New Jersey-based Tris Pharma has voluntarily recalled three lots of the product and says there’s a possibility that the increased amount of Ibuprofen could lead to permanent kidney injuries in infants.

Adverse reactions should be reported to the Food and Drug Administration.
