A Wells Fargo bank branch on West State Boulevard was reportedly robbed Monday morning.
Police were called just after 9:30 a.m. to the Wells Fargo at 901 W. State Blvd., at Sherman Boulevard.
According to police, a man walked into the branch and said he had a gun then demanded cash by passing a note to a teller. Police said the man never showed a gun.
The man was given cash and he left the bank on foot, police said.
No one inside the bank was hurt during the hold-up, police said. It’s not clear how much cash the suspect made off with.
The suspect was described as a white man in his early 20s with pale skin, 5-feet-5 or 5-feet-6. Police said he was wearing a black ball cap with a unique hologram sticker on it, a gray Nike hoodie, blue jeans and hi-top athletic shoes.
Police asked that anyone who saw the suspect in the area, call police.
