Thousands gathered in downtown Fort Wayne Wednesday night for the annual “Night of Lights”.
The event is a Fort Wayne family tradition held the night before Thanksgiving. The lighting began with the History Center turret lighting on Barr Street. Crowds continued to walk around downtown to see more displays illuminated before the lighting of the iconic Santa and his Reindeer at PNC Bank.
Displays at the I&M Power Center Plaza and the Embassy were also lit before the night’s end with holiday fireworks at Parkview Field.
