FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – A vehicle crashed into a building on Wells Street Wednesday afternoon and caused significant damage.
The driver of the vehicle told police he was driving down Wells Street after just buying the vehicle when the brakes went out.
The crash left a big hole in the side of what used to be Big Apple Pizza near the Wells Street Bridge.
The drive walked away with minor injuries, but the vehicle was totaled.
