Fort Wayne city leaders are hoping to see trash pickup changes, both for customers and the driving routes.
Red River says they’re ready. The city of Fort Wayne says they’ve heard customers.
The city looks at complaints several times of day. The regional manager will look at those, the operations vice president will, the senior vice president of operations also looks at those everyday, and our corporate offices will look at those from time to time, and we’ll do analysis on those types of calls.
