WANE 15 has learned from workers at the Fort Wayne Urban League and the Fort Wayne Urban League Guild that CEO Dr. Cosette Grant-Overton has been terminated.
Staff members and volunteers said she was let go Thursday morning. A former professor of education at the University of Cincinnati, Doctor Grant-Overton worked with the National Urban League. She had been with the Fort Wayne Urban League for about a year.
A search is underway for her replacement.
