Columbia City Mayor Ryan Daniel officially announced Monday that he will seek a third consecutive term.
Daniel has served as the mayor of Columbia City since 2012. If he is elected next year, he would be the second mayor in the City’s history to be elected to three consecutive terms.
If reelected, Daniel says he plans to continue to grow and expand the community through smart and stable development.
“Our strategy hasn’t changed. We have to continue striving to be better tomorrow, than we are today. Through the growth of our parks and amenities, the unprecedented amount of available jobs and growing housing stock, the renewed investment in our Downtown, and a new Columbia City High School, we have a great foundation to build upon,” said Daniel.
The Columbia City municipal elections will take place in 2019.
