A touring “bridge” that aims to promote President Donald Trump and to unify the nation visited Fort Wayne on Wednesday.
The Trump Unity Bridge stopped at the Coldwater Road Walmart around noon. It stopped in Fort Wayne on a tour from Ann Arbor and Detroit, Michigan down through Indiana to Dallas, Houston and New Orleans, according to a Facebook post.
The decorated float features American flags, large letters that spell “TRUMP UNITY,” and a replica of the Statue of Liberty. It reads “MAKING AMERICA GREAT AGAIN” across the span.
The “bridge,” which has appeared at Trump’s inauguration, the 2017 Women’s March, and the Mother of All Rallies, was “created to promote Trump unifying America, making communities stronger, unifying families and neighborhoods one stop at a time,” according to its Facebook page.
