A new restaurant is set to open alongside the popular Clyde Theatre.
The Club Room at The Clyde will open at 1806 Bluffton Road on Monday, adjacent to the hip music venue. The restaurant will serve lunch, dinner, late night, and Sunday brunch, and offer live entertainment.
The venture is the latest by Sweetwater and its founder, Chuck Surack and his wife, Lisa, who backed the extensive renovation of The Clyde into a world-class music venue.
“The Clyde has become known as a world-class facility, both by the artists who perform there and the audiences that take in a show,” said Surack. “The addition of The Club Room is a way for us to add to that experience. Not only is it a great place to grab dinner or a drink before or after a concert, but it’s also a place to gather with family and friends for a weeknight meal or Sunday brunch.”
The restaurant will serve traditional pub fare like sandwiches, tacos, pizza and salads, with a full-service bar. The chic space was designed to “celebrate art, food, and live music,” developers said.
The Club Room at The Clyde will be open Monday through Saturday for dinner. It will add a lunch service beginning April 8, and Sunday brunch and dinner hours on Sundays beginning May 5.
