A New Haven man, Zach Burnside and one of his friends had an opportunity of a lifetime.

Burnside and his friend were both called by World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) to participate in the media company’s biggest event, WrestleMania in New Orleans.

Burnside’s role was to dress up as a pancake and throw some to the crowd as they entered the stage.

“When we went out as pancakes, looking out, I was like 72,000 people are looking at us right now, plus millions and millions are watching on TV. My adrenaline was like let’s do this.” said Burnside. “The only thing I was scared of was, please don’t let me fall. I do not want to fall on live camera.”

Burnside also got to meet a few stars backstage including Ronda Rousey and John Cena.
