H.O.P.E. for animals offers free vaccines for military pets

H.O.P.E. for Animals offered free vaccinations for pets belonging to active military and veterans on Saturday. 

The first 250 dogs and cat at the event could get free distemper and rabies vaccines, good for one year. The clinic is being held at H.O.P.E. for animals on Maycrest Drive, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

It’s open to active duty military, veterans and the family of deceased military members. 

The clinic made possible by the American Legion post 47.
