A 20-year-old Fort Wayne woman has been crowned Miss Allen County.
Megan Brelage was named Allen County Queen in the Miss Allen County pageant Sunday at the Carroll High School Auditorium. Thirteen women competed for the crown.
Brelage Brelage is set to begin her junior year at Purdue University, where she was recently accepted in the pharmacy program. She was active in 4-H and ran varsity cross country and track while in high school at Bishop Dwenger High School. At Purdue, she is active in her sorority, collegiate 4-H, and volunteers at Mathew 25 Health and Dental Clinic.
First Runner-up, Abbey Russel of Grabill was named first runner-up. Second runner-up and Miss Photogenic honors went to Maranda Malcolm of Garrett and Sophia Slates of Fort Wayne was third runner-up. Fourth Runner-up and Miss Congeniality was Julia Kuhn of Fort Wayne.
