Early voting locations in Allen County released

Voting early for Indiana’s May primary will start Tuesday, April 10 at the Rousseau Centre.

The Allen County Electric Board will have polls open in the building’s lobby for all Allen County registered voters from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. weekdays through May 1. The Rousseau Centre will also be open Saturday, April 28 from 8 a.m.- 3 p.m.

Four new satellite locations have been added this year to replace early voting at Allen County Public Library branches. Indiana Wesleyan, Ivy Tech Coliseum Campus, Manchester University and Public Safety Academy will open on May 2.

All five locations will have voting hours from 8 a.m.- 8 p.m. May 2-5 and will be open Saturday, May 5 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

The final day to vote early is on Monday, May 7th from 8:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Rousseau Centre lobby only.

Voters may also vote early by mail. The Election Board is accepting applications for absentee mailed ballots through April 30 by 11:59 p.m. All ballots must be returned to the Election Board office before noon, May 8.
