David Anspaugh, director of the inspirational sports dramas “Rudy” (1993) and “Hoosiers” (1986), will lead a Q&A at the Embassy Theatre. The Q&A precedes a screening of “Rudy.”
Anspaugh is a native of Decatur. The movie director also has a bronze placard on the Embassy’s “Walk of Recognition,” in front of the theater’s Jefferson Boulevard entrance.
This event is part of the Embassy Theatre’s “Sports Flicks” film series, a three-film series focusing on Indiana-based movies. The Sunday matinee series includes: “Rudy,” Jan. 27; “Breaking Away,” Feb. 10; “Hoosiers,” Feb. 17.
