Arguably one of the most anticipated restaurant openings in Fort Wayne in a very long time happened Monday when the P.F. Chang’s at Glenbrook Square started serving its first customers.
The opening of the 207-seat, 6,800 square-foot restaurant was marked with a ribbon cutting at 4:15 p.m. before the doors opened for business at 5 p.m.
Farm to Wok is P.F. Chang’s food philosophy, which means everything is cooked from scratch, every day in each restaurant across the world.
The Fort Wayne Farm to Wok menu features P.F. Chang’s signature made-from-scratch dishes, hand-rolled dumplings and sushi, desserts, and custom cocktails made with fresh-squeezed juices, as well as microbrews, and an extensive wine list to complement every dish.
The restaurant features two hand-painted, 720-square-foot wall murals featuring a blue wave theme, apple blossoms and strong female characters – a homage to P.F. Chang’s provenance and the city of Fort Wayne’s continued growth and prosperity.
“Fort Wayne is the first place in the United States where we will feature an exterior mural,” said Dwayne Chambers, P.F. Chang’s Chief Marketing Officer. “We felt it fit the spirit of the place and the space. Fort Wayne is a city on the rise, and we are honored to be contributing to that revitalization.”

Carry out, catering and delivery service will be available soon after opening.
