FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — Officers and firefighters are investigating a crash just west of downtown Fort Wayne that has slowed traffic and left a vehicle severely damaged.

Authorities were seen at a crash near the intersection of Jefferson Boulevard and Catalpa Street, and a blue car could seen with severe front-end damage, although it is unclear how many vehicles were involved in the crash.

An officer at the scene told WANE 15 there were no serious injuries, but the crash has slowed traffic in the area by limiting westbound traffic on Jefferson Boulevard to one lane.

It is not known what caused the crash.
