Concordia Lutheran High School students, faculty and staff have again come together to help local families celebrate Christmas.
On Tuesday, the school packed up a semi trailer with 373 boxes of gifts, along with Christmas dinners and household items, that were donated. All told, 36 families will be helped through the Christmas Bureau.
Concordia Lutheran has participated in the drive for more than 40 years.
“We annually participate in the Christmas Bureau because we want to share God’s love with everyone,” said Stacey Salisbury, who organizes the project for Concordia. “This is the season of giving, and we want others to feel the joy of Christ’s love with us.”
