A person hit by a car in DeKalb County Saturday night is expected to be okay. Authorities said a 17 year old girl was walking with another person along SR 327 around 11 p.m.
The teen began to walk westbound to cross the road, at the same time a vehicle was traveling northbound. The driver, 66 year old Marjorie Gingerich, told police the girl walked in front of her vehicle, near the 5600 block of SR 327.
