Arrest made after meth found during traffic stop

A man is now facing multiple felony charges, including dealing methamphetamine, after a traffic stop in LaGrange County late Wednesday night. 

An Indiana State Trooper pulled over a pickup truck on Westbound I-80 north of Howe for a traffic infraction around 11:30 p.m. The truck was driven by 43-year-old Donnie Henderson of Angola.

During a search of the vehicle officers allegedly found 25 grams of methamphetamine, marijuana, digital scales, and other drug paraphernalia. Henderson was also allegedly driving with a suspended license and no insurance.

Henderson was arrested and taken to the LaGrange County Jail. He faces preliminary felony charges for dealing methamphetamine, possession of meth, and maintaining a common nuisance. He also faces misdemeanor charges for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating a vehicle without financial responsibility.
