Indiana State Police arrested one man after a search warrant tied to a methamphetamine dealing investigation.
Roger Hardin, 55 of Oolitic, was taken into custody after police located him driving south on S.R. 37 near Judah and conducted a traffic stop. He was arrested based on probable cause already established though the a Lawrence County meth dealing investigation, which included multiple controlled buys by the ISP’s Drug Enforcement Section (DES) as well as other drug seizures.
Following the arrest, DES executed a search warrant at Hardin’s house. There, they found over 20 grams of meth, approzximately $10,000 in cash, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and other evidence of drug dealing.
Hardin was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and charged with both dealing and possession of methamphetamine.
