FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE)  A suspect led police on a high speed chase Tuesday afternoon that went through a golf course in northern Allen County.

As the result of an investigation into drug dealing at local hotels, officers tried to pull over Kareem McPherson on Reed Road. Police said at one point he went off the road and onto Autumn Ridge Golf Course, where he drove onto a green and down a fairway.

Speeds reached over 120 miles per hour and Fort Wayne police ended the chase at the Dekalb County line.

Officers in Dekalb County were eventually able make an arrest. McPherson is facing charges of resisting law enforcement and numerous drug charges.
