Police: Driver has BAC of .35 after crashing pickup truck

LAGRANGE COUNTY (WANE) - A Wolcottville man is facing a charge of Operating While Intoxicated after crashing his pickup in LaGrange County early Sunday morning according to police.  His blood alcohol content was more than four times the legal limit. 

Shane Dunafin was driving his Toyota pickup south on CR 400 E near the intersection with CR 100 S when he drove off the road and hit a tree stump which caused the truck to roll over according to the LaGrange County Sheriff's Department. 

Dunafin was found by officers about a half mile from the crash scene.

His blood alcohol content registered .35%

Dunafin was taken to a hospital for treatment of his injuries before being booked into the LaGrange County Jail.
