New police task force makes 4 arrests In Kosciusko County

A new task force called NET 43 has been formed to combat drugs in Kosckusko County and on Wednesday it arrested four people.

NET 43 is  made up of members of the Indiana State Police, the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office, the Warsaw Police Department, and the Winona Lake Police Department.

The arrests came following an investigation that started from a citizen complaint. 

Around noon on Wednesday a search warrant was served at 121 East Main Street in Atwood where officers found marijuana, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia.

Ryan Truex-Volitch, 28, of Atwood, IN was arrested for preliminary charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Visiting a Common Nuisance.

Robin Truex, 56 of Atwood, was arrested for a preliminary charge of Visiting a Common Nuisance.

Mandy Fleming, 43 of Mishawka was arrested for preliminary charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, and Visiting a Common Nuisance.  Fleming also was arrested for an active warrant out of St. Joseph County.


Also arrested was Ronald Truex, 55, of Atwood for preliminary charges of Habitual Traffic Violator-Life, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of a Synthetic Drug or Lookalike Substance, and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.

All arrested were taken to the Kosciusko County Jail.
