FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – If you’re looking for some “Big Game” finger food, Sierra shows a savory option like an Italian sub.
Ingredients
- 2 tubes crescent dough
- 1/4 pound of salami
- 1/4 pound of prosciutto
- 1/4 pound of pepperoni
- 1/4 pound of sliced mozzarella
- 1 jar sliced banana peppers, drained
- 1 tbs butter, melted
- 1 tbs dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line a cookie sheet with cooking spray
- Unfold crescent roll, pinching seams
- Layer salami, cheese, prosciutto, pepperoni, banana peppers and second layer of crescent dough
- Pinch seems
- Combine melted butter, Parmesan, oregano and garlic powder. Brush on top
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown
