FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – If you’re looking for some “Big Game” finger food, Sierra shows a savory option like an Italian sub.


  • 2 tubes crescent dough
  • 1/4 pound of salami
  • 1/4 pound of prosciutto
  • 1/4 pound of pepperoni
  • 1/4 pound of sliced mozzarella
  • 1 jar sliced banana peppers, drained
  • 1 tbs butter, melted
  • 1 tbs dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line a cookie sheet with cooking spray
  3. Unfold crescent roll, pinching seams
  4. Layer salami, cheese, prosciutto, pepperoni, banana peppers and second layer of crescent dough
  5. Pinch seems
  6. Combine melted butter, Parmesan, oregano and garlic powder. Brush on top
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown
