Woodlan wins Unified Bocce state championship

WOODBURN, Ind. (WANE) – Woodlan High School is bringing home some hardware after the school’s Unified Bocce team clinched a state championship this weekend.

Woodlan topped Shelbyville in the championship match at Carmel High School over the weekend.

Leading the Warriors bocce team this season is Gary Cobb, who wrapped up a 10-year tenure leading Woodlan’s girls basketball program.
