FORT WAYNE- Carroll High School Senior Tristan DeWitt won his second-straight state championship in the 100 fly on February 29th.
During that race, DeWitt also setting a new personal record in time. DeWitt will be attending IU this fall as his continues his swimming career.
Once on campus in Bloomington, DeWitt plans on studying computer science.
