FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – South Side High School’s Justice Billingsley will continue her basketball career at Owens Community College as the senior signed on Thursday evening.
Billingsley was an all-SAC First Team selection after leading the Archers in scoring this past year. That includes a 44-point performance in a win over New Haven back in November.
