Ethan Dahlen is a Multimedia Journalist who joined WANE 15 in March 2022.
Home for Ethan is rural Silver Lake, Wisconsin. A graduate of Wilmot High School, he spent his
time there as a multi-sport athlete and helped to create a broadcast club surrounding the
school’s basketball teams. The club broadcasted each home game with video and live
commentary.
A Ball State grad, Ethan’s introduction into Indiana saw him take on a number of roles. At Ball
State, he hosted Cardinal Sports Live, Connections Live, and was the head broadcaster for Ball
State’s Esports program. His three and a half years in Muncie helped shape his storytelling
abilities.
When he’s not covering the stories that matter in Fort Wayne, he loves to volunteer, devote time
to his church, and explore the outdoors.
