FORT WAYNE, (IND.) - A crucial NHC baseball game started tonight but will end tomorrow as the contest between Carroll and Homestead was postponed due to a lighting issue with the game tied 7-7 in the 11th inning on Tuesday night.
The game will resume Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. at Charger Field. It will be followed by a JV game, which will, in turn, be followed by a varsity game against Bishop Dwenger.
On the softball field the Chargers held off a late rally by Northrop to win 9-8.
