SACRAMENTO, Calif. (CNN/KCRA) - About 2,000 people stood in line to get free dental care in Sacramento, Calif., on Friday.
Some people waited in line overnight, and one woman said she hasn't seen a dentist in more than 20 years.
Event organizers say that only 1,500 will be able to get the free service, leaving 500 without a chance to be seen by dental professionals.
