VICTOR, N.Y. (AP) — A 57-year-old man is accused of spitting on a holiday bell-ringer at a western New York shopping mall.
Ontario County Sheriff's deputies say Bruce Littlejohn of Victor was charged with second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct after the incident Saturday afternoon at Eastview Mall in suburban Rochester.
Littlejohn was arraigned in Victor Town Court and was sent to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond. He'll appear in town court at a later date.
Deputies didn't know if he has a lawyer.
