MADRID, Spain (CNN) - Check out this incredible video of a rescue that had a happy ending.

A woman waiting on the platform in the Madrid metro fainted and fell onto the tracks as a train approached.

An off-duty police officer sprang into action. He jumped onto the tracks and dragged her to safety.

The train managed to stop in time as passengers on the platform tried to warn the driver.

The woman made a full recovery.
