NAVASOTA, Texas (CNN/KBTX) - A convenience store worker was hit by a car while standing in what you would think is a safe place - inside the store.
Police in Texas released surveillance video from the crash.
The worker was rushed to a local hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the car was arrested for intoxication assault and transported to the Grimes County Jail. She posted a $100,000 bond and was released.
