LESLIE, Ga. (CNN/WALB) — The Plains and Midwest are getting blasted by a winter storm, but in the South, rain is the problem.

For several days, flood watches and warnings have been posted in parts of Georgia after heavy rain has covered the region.

In Leslie, Ga., the high ground water levels pushed this concrete pool right out of the ground. The homeowners were shocked, saying they never even realized something like this was possible.
