KADESH BARNEA, Israel (CNN/iREPORTER) - iReporter Chami Zemachs shares some amazing photos of a swarm of locusts descending on a farming community in the southern Negev Desert in Israel.
The photos were taken by his friend, Itai Rubin.
He says the swarm had come all the way from Sudan, via Egypt, and had attacked several farmers' crops in the area in their quest for food.
Local children happily ran through the swarms or picked up the locusts for closer examination.
