BALTIMORE, Md. (CNN/WBAL) - A Baltimore boy with terminal cancer who has always wanted to be a soldier got a huge surprise from the U.S. Army.
His biggest dream of someday enlisting in the Army came true when soldiers came to his house and held an honorary swearing-in service for 10-year-old Khalil Quarles.
After the ceremony, Quarles took a ride in a humvee and posed for pictures with his new fellow soldiers.
