FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Sunshine!
The soggy chilly weather we had most of the week is long gone and we are looking forward to a very pleasant fall weekend. Look for partly to mostly sunny skies on Saturday with highs in the middle 50's. Winds will be from the southwest, switching to the east at 3-8 mph. Overnight under partly cloudy skies there may be some patchy fog and we will drop to the upper 30's.
Sunday will be another great day with temperatures again climbing to the middle 50's. Look for another partly to mostly sunny day with light east winds.
Monday we will start gradually cooling down. While we will still reach the lower 50's, a cooler air mass arriving will take us to the low to mid 40's by Thanksgiving. Some rain may develop late Monday, with scattered showers Tuesday and Wednesday. Some snow may mix in late Wednesday and Thursday.
