What Will This Winter Season Hold?

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - The average daily temperature this summer fell below 70 degrees this past summer.  Does a cool summer have anything to do with what this winter season could bring?  An El Nino pattern is kicking up in the Pacific Ocean.  How will that play out for the upcoming winter?  Could we see more snow than the average of 32.4 inches or will it be a drier season?
