FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - A single-vehicle accident on I-69, in between Dupont Road and the I-469 exit, left two people injured Tuesday.
Police said an SUV was traveling southbound on I-69 around 12:15 p.m. when the driver lost control of the vehicle and spun out of control. The SUV then hit a guardrail and ended up in a ditch along the side of the highway.
Police said two people and one dog were inside the vehicle at the time of the accident.
According to police, the two people are listed in serious condition. Police did not say if the dog suffered injuries.
