FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- The woman who was a passenger on a motorcycle that crashed with a pickup truck in the Hillegas and Goshen Roads intersection, died Saturday afternoon.
Fort Wayne Police Department investigators believe around 11:30 a.m. a pickup truck headed north on Hillegas Road turned in front of motorcycle driven by 19-year-old Jacob Bunker.
His female passenger, Ashley Storm, also 19, was taken to the hospital in critical condition, but later died as a result of her injuries.
Bunker is still listed in serious condition at a Fort Wayne hospital.
Hillegas Road, between California and Goshen Roads, was shut down for several hours during the course of the crash investigation.
The Indiana Department of Transportation has made it easy to check road conditions around the state.
