Man still in recovery after dump truck crash

NOBLE COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) - A Churubusco man is still in recovery after his dump truck rolled off State Road 3 on Tuesday.
Police said Daryl Erwin, 59, was trapped inside the vehicle and was extricated by the Laotto fire department after the dump truck rolled onto the driver side door.
Erwin was taken to Parkview Regional Hospital by Samaritan Helicopter to be treated for his injuries.
Authorities said after the accident, the dump truck began to leak Hydraulic and Diesel fluids which required a hazardous material response.
