FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - An elderly woman died Tuesday following a car crash on January 9.
The Allen County Coroner's office said Phyllis Kreigh, 87, of Roanoke, died of respiratory failure after she fractured her sternum in the car crash.
According to police, the three-vehicle crash happened at the intersection of Clinton Street and Main Street at 10:20 a.m.
Witnesses said Kreigh ran a red light at the intersection and hit two other cars.
Kreigh is the fourth traffic fatality for Fort Wayne and Allen County in 2013.
